Within 24 hours, you will receive a reply with detailed quality control photos of the specific hat. These images will highlight any unique characteristics or imperfections. We encourage you to review our FAQ for more information about our quality standards.

3 - Approval & Agreement
If you are satisfied with the condition of the hat, we will send you a purchase agreement to sign. This confirms your approval of the item’s condition and acknowledges that all sales are final. The only exception to our no-refund policy is if the item is damaged during shipping.

Once the agreement is signed by both parties, payment is required. We accept Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal. Please note that PayPal transactions will incur an additional 3% fee to cover processing costs.
