Do you offer shipping outside of USA?
While our listed prices include shipping within the USA, we are happy to accommodate international orders as well. If you're located outside the United States, we can arrange shipping for an additional fee.
What size hats do you offer?
At this time, we only offer a men’s size 7 3/8. What started as a fun personal project quickly took off after our first reel went viral—we truly didn’t expect this level of interest in carbon fiber cowboy hats. We’re now working, step by step, to expand our offerings with more sizes and styles. For now, this is the only size available, and we appreciate your patience as we grow.
How are your carbonfiber parts made?
All of our products are manufactured using the vacuum infusion process for optimal consistency and quality.
What quality should I expect from the carbonfiber parts?
While we strive to deliver the highest quality components, please note that all of our parts are handcrafted using the vacuum infusion process. Our goal is to produce void-free, precision-made carbon fiber parts; however, due to the nature of the materials and the complexity of the manufacturing process, minor imperfections such as small pinholes may occasionally occur. These are often subtle, not easily visible to the untrained eye, and can sometimes be missed during clear coat application or final inspection.
Because carbon fiber is a woven material that must be carefully adapted to complex shapes, slight weave distortions may sometimes appear. While we make every effort to minimize or eliminate these variations, in certain cases they are unavoidable.

Additionally, some light scuffing or sanding marks may be present in the clear coat. In an effort to keep costs reasonable, there is a balance between time spent during the wet sanding and finishing stages and the final product.
We are always happy to provide detailed inspection photos or videos prior to purchase to help ensure your confidence in the quality of our work.
Where are all of the hats made?
We’re proud to say that all of our products are 100% designed, manufactured, and produced in the USA—specifically, right here in Idaho.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that are damaged during shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns based on a change of mind.
That said, we believe in complete transparency and stand behind the quality of our work. We provide detailed inspection photos with every order, and videos are available upon request to ensure you’re fully confident in the product you’ll receive.
What form for payment do you take?
We accept the three most common payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal. If you choose to pay via PayPal for added buyer protection, please note that a 3% processing fee will be added to cover PayPal’s transaction charges.
